What we collect

We collect account identifiers supplied by our authentication provider, settings you save, watchlist entries, portfolio positions you enter, and feedback you submit about research signals. We also record limited technical and security logs needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, personalize research thresholds, calculate portfolio overlays, maintain service security, troubleshoot failures, and improve SignalForge. We do not use your portfolio data to place or execute trades.

Service providers and market data

SignalForge relies on infrastructure, authentication, database, and market-data providers. They process only the information needed to provide their services under their own terms. Market-data requests generally use tracked symbols rather than your identity.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period when required for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Deleting your authentication account triggers deletion of linked SignalForge user records where the integration is available. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through support.

Security and choices

We use access controls, signed webhooks, encrypted transport, and scoped database records, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter brokerage credentials, account numbers, or other secrets into free-text fields.

Children and changes

SignalForge is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as the product changes and will revise the date above when we do.
