SignalForge supplies informational research tools. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, exchange, or order-execution service. Nothing in the service is a recommendation or individualized investment advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You may not probe protected systems, trigger operator jobs without authorization, scrape or redistribute licensed data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
Data and model limitations
Quotes may be delayed, stale, incomplete, or simulated. Models, probabilities, backtests, option scenarios, and geopolitical scores are estimates with material limitations. Historical results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Your decisions
You remain solely responsible for research, suitability, position sizing, orders, taxes, and losses. Verify important information with your broker and primary sources before acting.
Beta availability
Features, tracked symbols, data sources, limits, and pricing may change during beta. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, vendors, or the platform.
Intellectual property
SignalForge software, presentation, scoring methods, and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party data remains subject to its provider’s rights and license terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, fitness, or profitability. To the extent permitted by law, SignalForge is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data-provider failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
